The game breaks away from the previous series of arguments about the Second World War and is located in present scenario. The Mac version was released in September 2008 and the version Wii edited in November 2009 with the subtitle Reflex Edition. It was released in North America, Australia and Europe in November 2007 for home consoles and Windows. It was also released a portable version the Nintendo DS. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is a video game first-person shooter developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Mac OS X and Nintendo Wii in 2007.
